What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order will be reviewed by our team before it is accepted by our shipping department.

What is wishlist?

Wishlist is a list where you can add everything you would like to buy.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You receive an invoice right after you place your order.

When the order payment is taken out of my bank or card?

Payment is in pending status when you click on the button to place the order. 

It will be taken of your card within 24h if your order is not canceled.

DELIVERY

Are there delivery charges?

Yes we charge a delivery fee for all orders.

Above a certain amount and depending to your location, delivery will be free.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on you. We offer multiple shipping options. Choose the one that suits you better.

What should i do if i don't receive yet my order?

If you don't receive your order in the expected shipping time, please allow 24h for an update.

If after that you still don't hear from us, please contact us.

Can I track my orders?

Yes you can track your order on Cauphy.com.

Yes you can change or cancel your order, but there is a timeframe for that.
